So, many security officers, left the sector during the Covid-19 pandemic and have not returned; the cost of top-up training (in the UK) and the lack of appreciation of the important role officers fill, has meant that offering a good career path, with high quality training and support for mental health and wellbeing has never been more important. This session will look to address these topics and, importantly, suggest some solutions.
