My presentation will be on the Fire & Security sector’s. In this we will cover the current and ongoing skills shortage and how deep will it get, the barriers to attracting young people into the industry, the apprenticeship programmes and other training SfS offer and how BSIA and SfS are actively trying to eradicate these issues through accessible high quality training.
